Our process

Four steps. One crew.

Most people buy the home from one company and hire another to set it. We hold both licenses, so one crew owns the whole job and the savings stay with you.

Pick the home

Choose a floor plan and finishes from the builders we work with. We will tell you straight which ones hold up.

Land and money

Already own land? Good. If not, we help you find a lot, and we can point you to financing that works for factory-built homes.

We do the whole install

Permits, block foundation, delivery, set, utilities and hookups, inspections. Our crew, start to finish.

Move in

We hand you the keys to a finished house. Not a half-done lot with a list of people to call.

Done the way we would do our own.

A real foundation
Block, on a graded pad, the same as a site-built house. It is the part nobody sees and the part that matters most.
We show up when we say we will
Turns out that is ninety percent of winning. Our schedule is the one we give you.
Nothing left dangling
Water, power, septic or sewer, the porch, the skirting. If it is on the plan, it is done before we leave.
Straight talk on price
One number for the home and the install. Changes get priced before they happen, not after.
Both licenses, on purpose
We hold the Arizona dealer license to sell manufactured homes and the installer license to set them. Funny thing: our general contractor's license does not let us touch a manufactured home. That is why we got the other two.

Record Homes is run by the same family behind Record Construction, a Phoenix contractor going back to my grandfather. The homes we set are the homes we would put our own family in, and the kids in the photo are the next crew.
